  1. "Halleluja For Django" was also known as "Django Meets Halleluja" in some countries. In 1972, the year of its release, South American-born, British-raised actor, George Hilton, real name Jorge Hill Y Lara, and American actor Hunt Powers, real name Jack Betts, were already stars of the Spaghetti Western. So it was only natural that the director of this film should pair the two together in this Western. However, during the film's release, it received disappointing reviews and was officially banned in England. It wasn't until 2000 that it was released in the U.K., where actor George Hilton was raised. A remake of this film is rumored to be released in October with George Hilton and Jack Betts in mind as the two primary film consultants. The film will be called, "Halleluja, Django, And A Gun". Whether or not this is true has been debated, since both stars haven't been interviewed on this subject. How do I know this? I'm just guessing. I don't really know anything about this film so if I'm wrong, please do me a favor and nicely correct me because I'm having doubts myself. As for my guess on the film being released in 1972, I could be wrong. I might also be wrong about my opinions on the possible remake. And I'm really not sure if it was banned in England until 2000. I hope you will respect my opinions because I've been wrong before. But there's one thing I do know: This IS a Western. And as far as I'm concerned, it's a damn good one! Westerns forever, amigo.
